php file upload error

I am trying to run a project which I have created last month, it was working fine in windows XP and now I have windows 7 and now its giving me error in file upload...what should I do...even I have changed the permission for that it won't working.

I am using XAMPP

Its working perfect for me in Win 7. What problem are you facing. Please elaborate.
