pen drive read only message

hello friends i recently purchased a 16gb sandisk pendrive about in 20 days i transferred some data and after that when i tried to delete it or format it this shows error that it is read only please tell me how to trouble shoot this problem ...is this possible or not ?

Insert the pen drive (Do not open it).
Right click on My computer & click on Manage.Computer management window will open now.
In that window click on Disk Management where you will find your pen drive(as a removable device).
just right click on the & select format.

RMA : Return Material Authorization (authorized service center).
means you have sandisk pendrive if you cant solve problem yourself & your product is in under warranty then send it Sandisk service center.

but i dont have any warranty card i ordered it from naaptol.and where can i get it rma in dehradun

cant post it is showing error on uploading saying uploading failed but my screen shot look unlike yours ,,format option is unhighlighted in mine but available in yours

Yes If you have Bill/Invoice Of Naaptol & your product is under warranty.
(Sandisk Provide 5 Year Replacement Warranty)

To upload Images you have to create account on image sharing sites like imgur, Flickr etc.

bro simply download disk management software install it and after that format your pen drive with that software.

Before that check if Sandisk provides any formatting tool on their website.bcoz using that tool u can get your pen drive back

Before using any formatting tool, he should see the T&C of RMA service.
