I Have SONY 16 GB Flash Pendrive. I am power user of pendrive. i need to connect it to many PC's during my day to day office work.

So I need a antivirus which resides in pendrive and does not allow any virus to infect it.

I also wish to password protect my entire pen drive so as nobody should acees my data if my pen drive is lost..

which are best freewares which will fulfill my need..?

There is are tools like usb antivirus which can create a write protected autorun.ini folder which will prevent copying of autorun viruses. It may not be 100% fool proof. To password protect the drive, use truecrypt to create an encrypted file container. You will also need a copy of truecrypt.exe to mount the encrypted file.
