Peculiar problem with WEB Browsers

I am having a multi-boot OS system onto my Desktop PC,which consists of Windows as well as Linux OS.

Problem is:

All the browsers(latest updates and versions): Google Chrome;Firefox; Epiphany(in Linux),IE-9 are functioning well,except I can't open these sites and pages:-

www.yahoo.co.in,
Welcome to Indian Railway Passenger reservation Enquiry,
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!,
Lenovo - Laptops, Notebooks, Netbooks, Desktops, Computers & Accessories - Singapore (SG),
Hard Drives | Seagate,
[IRFCA] Welcome to IRFCA.org, the home of IRFCA on the internet.,
forum page in Chip - India's Most Trusted Guide To Gadgets And Technology.

Whereas I could open all the above mentioned sites/webpages with "opera" browser(both in Windows & Linux)(ver.11.52), with opera Turbo enabled and on always.

Why is that the other web browsers cannot open those webpages/sites?
Are there any problems in their configuration?

Please,help ,because I like to view websites/webpages with Google Chrome web browser,and set it as the DEFAULT WEB BROWSER of my choice.

Get Google DNS and see if it helps
Using Google Public DNS


if it doesnt help,configure DNS to 4.2.2.1 (same way as Google DNS just enter this adress instead of Google's one)
