Peculiar Problem- Computer hanged

Hello , One of my friend is facing a prob, PLease read belo his words

i am facing peculiar problem while working on my pc
while i am connecting my net working for arround 10 to 15 miniuts,firstly the machine is geting slow and eventually getting HANGED.
this is happening while i am only on internet through my usb modem.any other time its fine.

so, can any one help out this peculiar problem ? what should he do?

Overheating most probably, check using this: HWiNFO, HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools

That happened to me when I was using my old PC with just 256MB RAM.
If he is opening too many tabs on low RAM then it will hang.

Post his full config.
