Pdf to Corel Draw ?? Help

Hello,
I am a web designer
I had designed some product catalogues in Corel Draw for my Site
after dat , i converted them to pdf by
File >> Print >> Selecting Adobe pdf as the Printer >> and clicking on print.
I got my desired pdf and i displayed it on the web.

Problem:

My PC Crashed . I lost the corel draw files. I just have the pdf
Now i need to change the phone numbers and email ids on those files
How do i go about ??

How do i open the file back in corel ??
or any alternate solution ??

Open Coreldraw
Create New File (blank file)
press "Control + I" i.e. import
or u can get import option from file menu

simply import PDF files in Corel.... noting else

** My problem is solved as i remade the catalogues**

well i cant understand how this dosent work,
bcoz its not possible that PDF dosent get import in Coreldraw

please specify what error you got ?
