PC upgrade, budget Rs.25k (minus GPU)

I currently have the following pc-rig:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 - 2.66 Ghz CPU

GIGABYTE EQ45M-S2 , Mobo

Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 GPU

2gb DDR2 Ram.

I am planning to upgrade atleast to the following with above budget, GPU not a priority right now :

1. Intel i5 3330
2. Intel DH87MC Mobo
3. WD 500 GB Hdd
4. 4gb DD3 Ram (already purchase from FK)

I am plan to use my existing Gpu as of now. Please guide within this budget . I also plan to play latest pc games like Battlefield, Titanfall 2 etc on this.
