I think it wud be difficult to go for a gaming rig with Intel i5 at the budget of 40k(since u r buying all components)!!coz CPU,MoBo,RAM,HDD,Monitor,PSU,Cabinet,Keyboard & Mouse will roughly come for around 37.5k which leaves u with only 2.5k for a GPU.For 2.5k u wont get a gaming GPU!!
i5 750 - 10k
MSI P55-GD65 - 8k OR
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H - 6k(cheaper option)
4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM - 5k
500GB HDD - 1.8k
Microsoft Keyboard & Mouse - .8k
NZXT Gamma Cabinet - 2k
FSP Saga II 500W PSU - 2.5k
BenQ G2220 22" Monitor - 8k

Now if u go with MSI MoBo then total comes upto 38k n if u go with Gigabyte then total will be 36k.Even if u go with the cheaper option u'll be left with 4k for GPU n u wont find a decent gaming GPU with that!IMO the cheapest gaming option is Sapphire HD5670 512MB for 5k n if u want something better than 5670 then u'll definitely hv to up ur budget or go with AMD config!!

i5 760 and 750 are excellent performers but dont have integrated graphics. i5 6** series have them but they are crap..also intel original mobos dont make any difference, there are much better options by other manufacturers..

the config i will suggest -

AMD Athlon II x4 635 @ 5k
Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H @ 4.5k
G.Skill 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 4.6k
Zotac GTX460 1GB @ 12.7k
WD 500GB Blue @ 2k
Corsair VX450W @ 3.7k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k
Benq G2220HD 22" @ 7.5k

Total - 41.5k

the descent gaming i5 760 config which will be better but out of your budget-

Intel Core i5 760 @ 9.5k
MSI H55M E33 @ 5.5k
G.Skill 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 4.6k
Zotac GTX460 1GB @ 12.7k
WD 500GB Blue @ 2k
Corsair VX550W @ 4.7k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k
Benq G2220HD 22" @ 7.5k

Total - 48k

the alternate intel option -

Intel Core i3 530 @ 5.5k
MSI H55M E33 @ 5.5k
G.Skill 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 4.6k
Zotac GTX460 1GB @ 12.7k
WD 500GB Blue @ 2k
Corsair VX450W @ 3.7k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k
Benq G2220HD 22" @ 7.5k

Total - 43k

intel doesnt have onboard graphics. these are only in i5 6** series and i3 series. they are integrated into the processor. also you need a h55/ h57/ q57 chipset to enable them..p55 doesnt support them..also since you going for i5 7** no integrated gfx for you to use in p55 or even h55 boards..

what do you mean by Intel motherboards? Motherboards manufactured by Intel or motherboards manufactured by other companies like Gigabyte/MSI having Intel chipsets?
