PC not booting after power cut.

Last Friday, after power cut, my PC is not booting up.
The motherboard light is on, but CPU fan is not spinning. Now, what are the things do i need to check?

First of all check the RAM

Checked the RAM. Removed modules and installed one by one. Issue is, it is booting one moment at one RAM and next time it is not booting. Same with both RAM modules.

Anything else to check from RAM?

What do you mean? It boots properly with one Ram module?

you checked if the SMPS is fine?? Mine had got fried the same way..

It can either be your smps or the mobo itself.

It boots properly with both RAM, but sometimes it is not booting, sometimes booting. It is like on and off.

you checked if the SMPS is fine?? Mine had got fried the same way..

SMPS is fine. Fan is spinning.

Try different RAM modules?

I guess the only way is to get your friends mobo and use it for a while and see if your pc is hitting the chance 100%

OP says CPU fan is not spinning .do wanna fry your processor ?

I didn't do anything and my PC is working fine now...
