Ans: i would like to play the latest games and run some 3 to 4 VMs thru virtual box. VM performance is more preferred than gaming.

Go for 8320 only if you are willing to overclock. Basically buying AMD FX Cards and not overclocking is a shame. Buy Intel if not overclocking, but then 2-3 VM's can benefit from the extra core [not significantly though]

A good reliable < 500w psu is reccommended.

Vs series are from corsair are entry level psu which are not so reliable psu

A good reliable < 500w psu is reccommended.

Vs series are from corsair are entry level psu which are not so reliable psu

tomshardware says 177W at max load for 270x, I guess VS450 will suffice, have suggested Antec VP550 to be on safer side though

it is not about wattage, but quality of the psu.if it is on wattage, even ball 500w could be recommended.But looking at the quality,corsair vs series and local psus are not enough. seasonic s12 ii 520 is good at 4k. else antec vp550p/450p,corsair gs600 etc can be suggested.

i will add another 2*8GB ram later ... how good is the motherboard , can I benefit from other motherboard which can support VMs more efficiently ...

and also the gpu @ 15K, shall i get something better with same price or +2to3K ...

And i guess 8350 is better than i7 for VMs ...
