My pc just crashes twice today no BSOD's when checked in EVENT viewer getting error
Error 6008
The previous system shutdown at 11:29:00 AM on 3/19/2011 was unexpected.
Event 41 Kernal Power
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
No changes have been made to the system. No new hardware added. also i notices one thing earlier when i powered on my pc from the main wall socket the light on mouse bar would be blue now its always red unless and until i start the pc.
Also the pc crashed both the times when i watching movie from my dvd drive. There was an error message not on same day but earlier for my drive.
Event 11
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\CdRom0.
So now i am a bit confused if its the SMPS or dvd drive or any other component that made the system crash.
Pls help me guys.
