PC Configuration for Institute plz

Very recently I’m going to start a Computer Training Centre involving 10 PCs. What may be the configuration and estimated price of the PCs which may be purchased for the purpose. For purchasing separate UPSes, I would have to bear the additional burden of an Inverter or Power Generator for power failures. So is it practical to buy UPS for each PC or is their any better option considering the issue of expense. Please let me know the price tag also for alternate options, if any.
What additional hardware should be purchased for wireless LANing the computers? And price?

You want them to teach stuff so youdont need a Hi-Fi computer.. But what are the things you gonna teach? Web-Designing?, Basics, Graphics, 3D Anim.?
It depends on what u want to teach...
Here is what I would buy if I want to start a inst. :-

A Intel 945 Based Mobo with 3.0Ghz p4...With atleast 512 RAM, 40 GBs Hdd...
2.0 Speaker system/headphones, 600VA UPS for each PC.
