Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Video Editing/Audio Production. Apps. like Sony Vegas Pro 11, Photoshop CS5, Final Cut Pro, FL Studio, Cubase 5, Logic Pro.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 40k for the machine not inclusive of monitor, keyboard, mouse
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Yes. will just use clock multiplier and get speeds to 4 ghz maybe
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7, Hackintosh (so compatible hardware required)
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 2 TB storage , 120 GB ssd boot
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes. Have a 24 inch acer 1980x1080 monitor and maybe get another 24 inch dell monitor (price not included in the 40k)
So need to have a dual monitor setup.
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: need everything inside the cabinet. including the cabinet itself
. mouse, mousepad, keyboard, monitor, soundcard not required
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: tomorrow 15th September
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Have built one before myself in 2009. which is still my current system
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Will buy everything physically from Nehru Place
11. Anything else which you would like to say?

and I forgot to mention that I dont need a GPU for this build. Will run it on integrated/onboard graphics for a couple of months and then add a 560ti or something.
