iam using mozilla firefox.how to check my password file and how 2 make a XML entry so that i get a mail whenever a new entry comes in my webpage

I am using Sametime internal chat (instant masaging), I gave the passwrd and checked the box "remember my password" - now it's unable to connect and kept trying for hrs, when I tryed to log on again it's not giving any option to change the paswrd, going directly to log on and failed to.

Any one please suggest where could I found the pswrd file, so tht I could remoove the entry
