i want to rip only audio from a MOVIE what to do which software should i use where i will get that software please reply me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Jet Audio will do the thing.

a lot of softwares can do it. even winamp
change output plugin in preferences from directsound to diskwriter.
it'll create a wav file (by default in C:\ folder)
you can convert wav file with any standard converter

[and for god's sake .. please dont use such topic names as "please help me"
its impossible to track such topics .. put something relevant .. like "extract audio from movie"
it attracts the right ppl to the thread ! ]
