orkut error ??

hi ,

wnt to change my image in orkut, am having one .GIF image file but i cant upload dat image , it gives me an error " Upload failed. Please upload JPG, GIF or PNG file" ,, wht do i do,, file size is just about 9kb, hellp me guys

Try opening the pic in paint and resaving as a gif, then uploading. some times the contents dont match the extention and this error is caused on some sites. [dont know specificaly about okrut though]

Yea, even I suggest the same. It may solve ur problem.
And, Btw, Did u try uploading that .GIF image anywhere else?? Is it getting uploaded everywhere else properly? Check it out dude.

Open ur pic in paint & save it in .jpg format (.gif's r not reliable for internet) & upload............
It surely work.............
