Opening Cyber cafe [Suggestions/tips]

Hey guys, I was having a thought of opening a cyber cafe in near/farp) future
Location would be at my native place.
Maybe around 8-10 machines for basic internet surfing & gaming.
This is just a thought for now, so, for now I would just like to get info from anyone related to this business or know about it.
Like what things are to be considered before & after, what precautions should be taken any tips & advices.

Cyber cafe...I have no idea really about business...but are you sure it works now days...the cyber cafe near my home is mostly used for taking printout, getting photocopy and booking tatkaal tickits and maybe gaming ...or maybe dataentry work...but is there any scope of people using for internet.
I would suggest inventing in a good laser all in one as it will be the most used device.

That is why the idea is to set it up at native place where not all people have PCs & even if they do have, not as powerful for HD gaming.

Thanks that was a good thread.
Will think on the hardware & investment later when it will be actually going to be executed.
Just taking suggestions for now
