Well the site doesnt look bad but there are too many scams flying around a web that are a paid writing job. If you google you will understand more.
You can try but highly unlikely they will pay you properly. It is more than likely that you have to earn a minimum ammount before money is dispatched and getting to that ammount wont be a easy task.

Yes, that's right and even they might ask you to first buy one of their packages. AFAIK these sites are FAKE ones.
