One net, two users.

I have an internet connection and what i want is for the admin account only to have the access to the net but the guest account has access too. How to restrict the access to other users on the computer. I use windows 8 and a TP-Link wifi router.

1. Set up parental controls. OR

3. In the guest account go to internet options and click on the connections tab. Click on the LAN settings button click the check box to connect through a proxy server, and type "127.0.0.1" in the box next to it . OR
