Don't know about 965 as it is already outdated now.

You can get a 7100 based board Palit N73 PV for Rs. 2600 ( Cheapest )

Others are selling the same gfx core For Rs. 4000-4500

The mobo I've suggested ie Palit N73 PV for Rs. 2600 is good enough in quality & after sales service.

Palit N73 PV IS good for normal gaming like cricket or racing

You shuold be able to play some cricket & racing games which supports Dx9c
Though performance will be sluggish for latest titles.

Onboard Nvidia 7xxx,8xxx series just sucks in gaming as compared to separate gfx card.
Cards like even 8400GS Rs. 1600 will outperform any nvidia 7xxx,8xxx series onboard gfx.
