Yes, try IDM a.k.a. Internet Download manager .
It has a feature called website grabber.

I tried winHTTRACK but it was not so good that i couldnt have itemised download option (eg: sound files only). Then i got a sfwr named webripper. its awesome and oodles of options..... Thanks
