Do not update to Win11, you have no reason to.
I upgraded to Win11 few months back to use HDR, that's all.

ok....As of now...x265 HEVC 10bit movies will play in grey mode...So I stick with 1080p x264 movies only
Need GPU to upgrade? Which one best?

The GPU in ancient but are you sure it is not just a codec issue?

x265 with 10bit and 2160P and 4K shows only in Grey mode
x265 with 8bit shows Normal
