Yes, you read it right.I occasionally got a BSOD,say everytime i boot into Windows, first time it goes upto the Welcome screen and a BSOD appears. After re-boot it, then everything works fine.
And also, whenever i play games and other memory-intensive applications i got this BSOD.

The error message i noted is

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

I googled it and i wont get any fruitful results. Most of them say, if and only if RAM is faulty, this error message will be displayed. Is it so?

Please guys let me know whats wrong with the PC. Either any ghost gets inside it like 13B:)-D..Just kidding...)...

Its really annoying to see such occasional BSOD's???

Help me guys....

Well the Stop 0x00000050 or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA message indicates that requested data was not in memory. The system generates an exception error when using a reference to an invalid system memory address. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause Stop 0x50 messages.
Try these steps:
* Look for other hardware issues. Remove any newly installed Hardware.
* Run any system diagnostics that are supplied by your computer manufacturer, especially a RAM check.
* Perform a Driver Rollback if incase a driver has been updated for a particular component.

If this doesnt work, try to boot via safe mode if you can and do a system restore. If that doesnt work, boot to safe mode again and run orthos blend test (google) for 4-5 hours. If the system gives BSOD, restarts or if orthos gives error, you have a hardware issue which could be one of the defective memory components I mentioned.
