As the info given by a digitian i wrote a mail to Prime ABGB and the person responsible calls me immediately and agrees to replace my Partially working Fan controller of Phantom.
Great Service from Prime. Will recommend everyone for NZXT products.

This is not great NZXT service, its great Prime ABGB service, NZXT has no service center in India.

but prime are the authorised distibutors of nzxt products in india .
all shops in mumbai gets the nzxt cases from prime ,even from itwares
prime abgb are the importers of the case,moreover on nzxt sites- it mentioned support in india through primeabgb if prime are the importers

one thing sad prime put me on waiting for nzxt sentry2(sold out) from middle of march they told us next consignment of nzxt will come in end of April..... which came like 1-2 week late..... then i asked them so fan controller available now ?
sadly prime said sorry sir, We forgot to order that ...........
