Well I don't think HTC will launch it for that much price. If they do, they will remembered in the history of android phones.
Remember HTC done this before. They launched 4.7" HTC Sensation XL with beats audio. It was priced for about 40k after some months they launched HTC One X for 35k as their flagship device.

First thing they do after getting the device, remove the battery and the sim on the spot without even turning the phone off, so no alarms, instantaneous shut down, if the battery is non removable they take it to a service guy nearby, who takes 5 mins to remove them, and then it disappears forever, these phones then get sold in other states after a few months, most possibly with a false IMEI.Haha, but I can definitely screw the person who stole it

This is India man, if someone steals something its gone for good, forget a cell, they can't even trace crores of rupees that cheat fund scammers steal from the people, there are places in kolkata where a stolen car can be repainted, and all identification numbers sawed off in about 2 hrs max, and if needed it can be dismantled overnight.

B. In order to remote brick it, you need to turn it on.
C. As I said, they have the methods to flash firmwares to them.
D. Lets say you do that, so it gets bricked, they'll tear it apart and take out the lcd, battery, memory card etc, or just keep it in the storage, its not a written rule that they would give it back to you if they can't hack it. So in the end your phone is gone, so, you(or us in this case), lose eventually. See the problem? If you want to use your phone you have to stop the theft, once its gone, you'll never see it again.
I will suggest Note 2. Simply because this is the best smart phone which is costing all most 4K less than Xperia Z still provides all most all the features in fact more like S-Pen. Battery is amazing..Regular updates...looks smart.....Build quality good ..has got an excellent reputation. No user complaints what so ever. So a lot of value for the money that you would spend. So go with it
