X6 have definitely more features then 5233

X6 have
Capacitive screen
Stereo speakers
8gb/16gb memory as per the model
3G
Wifi
5mp cam with flash

agree with sujoyp. The two are miles apart. Better comparison will be 5800XM vs X6 or C6 vs X6.

anyways, given your budget, check these phones :

1) Nokia X6
2) Samsung Wave (my favourite)
3) Nokia E72.

what about 5230 and 5235? They are much better phones. 5233 doesn't come with 3G or Wi-Fi or GPS. 5230 costs about 1k more I think and it has GPS and 3G.
