Nokia 6600

i bought nokia 6600 a week ago. i copied mp3 files and video files but the phone cant play them. i think i need to convert them to real media format, is it true?
which software i need to convert them to real media format .
also how do i decrease the size of mp3 and video files so it occupies less space in phone.

u can download mp3 player for your phone and play mp3 songs on it
for playing video you have to convert it to 3 gp
if u dont have 3gp converter then try downloading video files form pc suit
reducing mp3 size can be doun from any player
by reducing mbps

u can try ultra mp3 or Helix player...
i wud recommend u to dwnld ogg player.. the latest one lets u to set ogg songs as ur ringtone too!!!
to convert mp3 to ogg u can try dbpoweramp...
