hello all,
i own a Nokia 3600 slide.

i am using aircel GPRS Rs 98/ scheme. i can use it in my default inbuilt web browser to browse the internet..but when i use opera mini 4.2 or Gotalk mobile, it gives an error saying "internet not available"...i am not able to figure out what is happening...
can u please help me?

go to settings of applications and chose the CONNECTIONS...
edit the profile as it is on the default browser..
save it and make it the current profile...
now open opera mini and you r on!!!!!!!!!!

it doesnt seem to work in the way u just prescribed: have u got the same problem too?

FINALLY i got it solved:
this is how i did it..
went to:
settings > configuration > keep default settings as 'aircel- Gprs'
in personal configuration settings > there added a new personal seting > access point settings :
data bearer = packet data
bearer settings:
access point = aircelweb
network type = IPv4
auhentication = normal
username, password = (blank)

this was all needed for opera mini and other JAVA applets to start working...
