I am facing sign up problems from some days in yahoo messenger..
I am on dial-up. (46.6kbps)

If I connect three times a day, only once I am able to sign in properly!
Whats the prb?

Any one facing the same situation?

I think your bandwidth is going really low nd the login is getting timed out. As dial-up gives much varying bandwidth speeds..sometimes u can login or sometimes fet timed out....I think there is nothing to do unless u change your connection.

Pages load quickly!
If I use trillian or something will the prb get solved?

I can connect to yahoo msngr at speeds as low as 5KBPs. Try 1 thing first login to y! msngr. And then start ur other net activities.

Ya its 11p.m and I can use my messenger again after two days..
Wll follow casanova advice..
This time there was no need to do that!

Tried to 1st sign in and then surf we but all was of no use!

Man, which version of y!msngr r u using.
U will have to try it 4-5 times. i.e; give till it hurts
I am succesfull in 3 tries

try altering the connection settings if u use some sort of firewall or proxies.

Even if I try 100 times it never works..
If it has to then the 1st time is successful!

NO prb rel proxies or firewall I hope...

Well .. there are a few problems going on with the messenger lately .. get the latest beta v8 .. it did solve a few problems .. but still there are quite a few ...

Yahoo has become too irritating....
The soft is in Beta stage of development, Is this the reason?
