no product key for original games

I bought a racing pack games which includes Race Driver:GRID, DIRT and FUEL. I didn't get any serial key inside DVD case.
And no sticker for any game. Yeah I have invoice, at home, I am at hostel. the DVD pack was sealed too.
The game DIRT is running without inserting game DVD, but FUEL & GRID DVDs need to be inserted to play. But key problhem is only in FUEL as It doesn't allow to save game without submitting the product key.
Now how to get keys....

Have you installed them? Did it ask for the serial during setup?

GRID doesn't need a CD key, no DRM for that game. I guess its the same with Dirt 1 and FUEL(not too sure about this one though)

some games dont require CD-key like DMC4, since you bought FUEL,DIRT etc better get a crack for FUEL

@DeSmOnD DaViD: Yeah i installed all three of them without any problem. None of the game asked for Serial key before or during installation. Only FUEL asking for product key after i start the game. I can play the game too but have to enter product keys then only I can save my career mode. The Games for Windows window open and ask to sign in and then enter the key. But i skip this step.
@CommanderShawnzer: this is my first original game. I waited for it very long. I want it to be original. No crack. And i paid 800INR, so i should get original.
I will Call them and say to you guys what happened further.
@pratyush007 and @gameranand: Yeah i'll call them. But if they asked for replacement then i won't get it before diwali i know.
@cyborg47: Yeah you are right, DIRT run without inserting DVD. But for GRID and FUEL DVD need to inserted.

read fuel manual..... what does it say about career saving & product keys ? are you trying to use cloud storage ?

Is it asking for product key in game for windows live? Then you can create a offline profile in GFWL, after that you will be able to save the game progress.

I called them but no one picked up. I used their 'Contact Customer Support' to mail them about my problem but still no response. What now?

I forgot the steps.. I think you have to press Home key while GFWL loads in game, there you will find an option to create offline profile. I will update once I get that.

where there is login/sign up option there is also a link to create a offline profile in Windows Live
