No more IE no more Foxy

Guy since few days my lappy as slowed up to hell and can't do a single job properly.
Now when i connect to internet ie and firefox run v.v.v.v slowly
and later stop working
Today i installed K meleon which work as others should have .
I have made a complete virus scan with updated KIS .

Try scanning with avira. Check your startup services, and see if you can find anything suspicious.

hijackthis log please. also try defragmenting your drives in the far chance fragmentation might be the reason.
