And Red Dead Redemption came out on PC in 2012. I wouldn't trust Rockstar to port it to PC. GTA IV was one of the most pirated games on PC ever and didn't sell GTA levels(for the lack of a better term) on PC(mainly due to it being a horrible, unoptimized, messy late port, but the suits don't see that) so that does not bode well for GTA V on PC. I'm not saying that it won't come, but I don't think it is terribly likely either.

hmm but max payne 3 port was one of the best ports I hhave ever seen my friend with a dual core and intel g41 was running it on medium settings with nice speed so I can only hope gta v will be a good port for pc .
