Are both drives of the same format, NTFS i think supports >4GB.

Just disable this Low Disk Space Notification by the creating following entry in Regedit:
    1. Open Run... and type regedit
    2. Navigate to the following key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
    3. Go to this entry: NoLowDiskSpaceChecks
    4. Set its value as 1

Restart and now freely transfer your data.

Fat32 doesnt support a single file greater than 4GB which i guess should not be the case with POPT2T as the game overall is 4GB inclusive of all the files. Mount it from the original place and install it to the requiredd drive.
