hi frnds,
i bought a new sealed packed Mercury Classic 600 UPS.The UPS has 1 yr warranty. As written in its booklet, i charged it initially for 12 hrs, after which i connected it with my pc & peripherals.
But to my surprise, the UPS is unable to take Backup. initially i thought it might be overloaded. so i disconnected my 5.1 creativespeakers & printer, but then also the probe continues.
So once again i charged it for 10 hrs or so, but no results. When i switch off my main power supply to UPS, CPU offs, but speakers, monitor & printer works. A beep follows with a red light signal during a power failure... wats the probe?
is it with my SMPS or UPS?
P-4, Intel D102, 1GB DDR-2, 17" samsumg Syncmaster 798MB, dvd combo, 80GB HDD, 5.1 creative spks, Epson CX Stylux 1500 all in 1.
