nic.in sites are not opening...

i am facing quite a strange problem....I have tried opening...india.gov.in,cbse.nic.in etc with .in at the end..and was suprised that none of them are opening..I have tried them in all sorts of browser...

I don't know what is the matter..please reply soon...

Are you using BSNL DataOne ? The issue seems to be when accessing using BSNL DataOne only, loads fine with other ISPs.
