Pentium IV with minimum 512 MB RAM, 20 GB Hard Disk
SVGA Monitor, and budget is

10 to 12000...\

Buy from eSys, for 10k, u'll get CRT and P4 and 2GB or 1GB RAM and 160GB HDD.

They are real VFM, and their service is real good.
