Monitor - Philips 21.5 inch IPS Panel Rs 8750(Available at PrimeABGB) <-- this is my personal speculation, i donot know if this monitor is any good.. plz ask other members about this as there is NO other monitor that gives full hd IPS panel at this price
RAM - Corsair ValueSelect DDR3 4 GB- Rs 1350
Cabinet - Coolermaster CM310 with sidepanel - Rs 1.9K <--- Available at PrimeABGB
HDD - Seagate barracuda 500 GB - Rs 3500
DVD RW - ASUS DRW24B5ST Rs 1100 .. Trust me get this one, not the samsung or LG ones.. this one is really worth it
PSU -Corsair VS450 or CX430 - Rs 2500 Whichever is cheaper get it
UPS - Numeric 600 va UPS - Rs 1700
Total Rs 36700 -- If u want more RAM go for it, but personally i wouldnt bother
Get a Graphics card like HD 6850/HD 6870/GTX 560 (non ti) for around 10K and you should be fine

if u want to cut costs a bit, do so - on the cabinet
