1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Games like COD MW3,Assasin Creed3,Batman Arkam Asylum.
Apps -Netbeans,Eclipse.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:29k max,can extend 1k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:i got Win 7,so will be using that.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500 gb .can compromise according to budget

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:18.5",and 720p resolution (HD)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:keyboard,mouse,mousepad,headphones,speakers

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Next Month second week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

he had some bad previous experience with AMD.
Doesnt amd processors need extra cooling?
he had his eye set on i3 processors.il do some research n talk to him.

> No need of extra cooling if you aren't overclocking. the stock cooler is pretty good.

No, AMD processors don't need any extra cooling and in fact they run cooler than the Intel Processors due to a very good quality stock cooler. And FX-6300 is a 6 Core processor and way better than any i3 which is a dual core processor.

n any1 using gt630?can it run battlefield 3,and similar fps in medium config?

I would suggest to increase the budget a little bit and get a HD 7750 1 Gb GDDR5 GPU. This would run BF3 @ 35 FPS in ultra settings at 1600 x 900 resolution.

Don't go with local cabinets, you'll regret it.

Your friend needs to upgrade and update his overall budget in order to get a VFM RIG possible. His previous Budget is 29k know and let him increase his budget another 11k to 40k, so that he gets what he wants or wanted.OK.

increase in budget by 11k may be impossible. Even yes ,he might have mentioned in first post. Otherwise suggest rig best for his budget and not too far from that. not every one has the capacity to increase budget that high. budget is important for budget people. Your rigs seems to be too much from op's budget when i observed last two-three rigs commented by you.
