1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
games like crisis 3 , l.a noire, gta v, heavy softwares like adobe after effects

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: let's say 30 but I can max to 35 or maybe 40

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: nope maybe in future but mostly no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: not much 250 should do it

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:22inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:corsair 430 v2 power supply and ati radon 5670 gfx

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:this month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:many times

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:mumbai locally

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Im gonna buy intel i7 3770k

What's good in getting a 6k mobo with i7-3770k? Those boards are not good for OCing except to some extent, say safely upto 4GHz. The cheapest option to look for is AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 for 10k
So, 30k goes here. And for rest 10k you get:
* Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 -- 1.6k
* DELL ST2220L HD LED -- 8.5k

For HDD and cabinet you need to spend another 7k,
* CM ELite 431 w/ front USB3.0 -- 3.3k
* WDC Blue 500GB HDD -- 1.8k

If you want to keep the price under 40k, then you need to go with i5-2500k.

Id rather get sanbertooth or some how about I take the stock motherboard they give along it and upgrade it later how bout that?

If you plan to get the Sabertooth later then what's the point in getting a 6k mobo now. Till then you can very well work with stock speed. So, better get Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2H for 3.2k.
Then you can sqeeze in HDD and cabinet easily in 40k.

No overclocking in 430w psu. Get atleast 500+w from a good brand.
250gb hdd might be enough now, but you can fill them up pretty soon. Try 500gb atleast.
i7-3770k is expensive and won't mix with the other components ( in this budget). IMO, i5 2500k is the most optimum.
If you plan to OC, might wanna take a cooler like CM 212 evo. In that case stick to low height ram modules.
Try for Benq monitors.

If you wanna sqeeze then you have to compromise on cabinet. You can Elite 310 and save 1.5k here but it doesn't have any cable management. And you will loose front USB3.0 option too.

Or get i7-2600k for 2-3k less.

And yes, you can get BenQ G2222HD for around 1.3k less i.e for around 7.2k.

Well I'm gonna get some nzxt cabin ate for 2.2 or so
And I'm sticking to 3770k for now I don't wanna go for i5 umm
How much will 250gb hdd cost
We'll is that the cheapest 22inch monitor
If I buy a simple motherboard will I still get good performance
After I upgrade my mother board I'm going to switch to sAy 32gb of ram but for now 8 or 4
So what's the total now

1. If you wanna get NZXT then get Source Elite 210 for around 2.5k
2. 250GB HDD will cost around Rs.500 less only, so better to stick with 500GB
3. BenQ G2222HD is the cheapest 22inch available.
4. Yes that board will handle your processor fine untill you get a new board. That might need latest BIOS flash though, but not sure.
5. If you will be using 32GB of RAM later so get either a single 8GB stick or 2*8GB sticks for now.

For motherboard Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H is a good option for 4.5k. You can OC on it some extent too. Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard | Motherboard | Flipkart.com

The i5 2500k is sufficient for current games and for some to come in the recent future.
The i7 2600k is only worth it if the commonly used application is known to use HT.
An OCed 2500k can outperform the stock 2600k.
For the games mentioned in the requirements, the i7-3770k is, sort of pointless.

The money save by not buying the 3770k can be invested in the GPU and monitor for awesome visual effects while gaming. Or a CPU cooler.

32GB ram ?!?! But why?
A few VMs and heavy games running simultaneously could use around 12GB.
OP might want to add VM and photo rendering to requirements and then take the IB i7.
