i'm having a intel e7500 ,
asus p5kpl-am in motherboard ,
i ball 6363 cabinet ,
i booster 5.1 speakers ,
xp system ,
WD 500 gb hdd sata ,
2 gb kingston ram ,
samsung dvd writer & monitor ,


I want a good graphic card under a range of 10,000
also suggest me a descent psu for it range 8000
and a good motherboard with a sound 5.1 onboard. range under 9000 cause my asus motherboard i'm pissed off with it
and having problems which is getting over my nerve.

I think the ram you are having is a DDR2 ram but they are almost phased out and DDR3 is the current standard. So I'll suggest you go for a DDR3 based motherboard and sell the old ram.

I am guess you have a budget of 27,000 total which is a very good budget and you can get a complete system upgrade along with a new graphics card. So taking the liberty to suggest a CPU+Mobo+GPU+PSU combo. You can sell your old rig.

If you don't wat complete system Upgrade

Motherboard: Asus P5G41CM-LY @ 2.5K. This board has 2 DDR2 and 2 DDR3 slots but both type can't be used simultaneously. You can use your DDR2 ram until you are getting a DDR3 ram.
Graphics card: Sapphire/MSI HD 6850 1 GB GDDR5 @ 9.8K
PSU: Corsiar VX550 @ 4.5K. There is no need to pay 8K for it. VX550 can handle your system with ease.

Now the extra money can be used to get a 4 GB Corsiar XMS3 DDR3 1600 MHz ram @ 2.4K.

If you want System Upgrade

Core i5 2400 @ 9.3K
Intel DH67BL-B3 @ 5.5K
4 GB Corsiar XMS3 DDR3 1600 MHz @ 2.4K
Corsair VX550 @ 4.5K
Sapphire HD 6850 1 GB @ 10K

Total 31.7K. I think you can arrange the extra 4K by selling your old stuff.
