new Laptop battery not charging

Hi i bought lenovo nettop. it says "0% plugged in charging " but does not charge. Help me. Its polymer battery

check with the dealer... may be the adapter and battery are not compatible

It used to charge before. Problem came when i discharged battery

just leave it for some time..... it should start charging otherwise customer care zindabad........
