New google ID for blogging/adsense?

I have 2 Google IDs right now
the 1st one was the one linked to my Facebook acc. and the one I use to register on random sites so I kept getting unwanted mail, notifications etc.
Then I created another one for my personal use ie mail from friends family etc.
4-5 Months ago I created a blogger ID from my second email ID
I published a blog and applied for adsense but I got rejected.
So I deleted my blogspot acc.
Later I got to know that we need to wait atleast 6 months to get my partnership approved!
Now the question is If I want to create a separate Google ID for business/official purposes (A new youtube acc. , Blogging ID, e mail ID etc.).
1. Can I do that? Acc. to google policy terms and conditions can a person have 2/2+ google IDs?
2. If yes then suppose I want to keep the ID for a small business called XYZ Technologies, should I keep the Name XYZ TECH or under my name?
3. And if I create a Blogging ID and apply for adsense partnership after 7-8 months and my page views are good will I get the membership or will it get rejected for being associated to to my 2nd ID which did get rejected?

But I recommend you to read Google's help page on Adsense thoroughly.

I "was" using adsense when i was a kid. I know almost all the stuff about google,adsense and its TOS.Okay lemme clear you. :)

You can have any number of id's. Google never gonna blame you.(because they earn)

You can use anyname you like. But when you want to use that for adsense, you will have to enter a VALID name as Payee name.(once entered,you cant change the payee name).They will use this name for cheques.

I want to clear you onething, Google never minds about the number of id's you have. But when it comes to adsense, you can have only ONE adsense account. The thing you have to remember is, you can have any number of id's but ONE adsense account.

Now some tips:
1.Your blog should be 6 months old to get approval.
2.You shouldn't have porn,piracy(sometimes google doesnt mind about piracy) content on your site.
3.Once you got approval,NEVER ask your visitors to click on the ads in any way. It will end up in ban of your adsense account. Here your 3rd question will become true. That is,you cant open any account using your home address :D. Google will just ban you,if you enjoy any kind of malpractice. After that you will have to forget about Adsense.

read through the TOS carefully, it is not a subject to be neglected and "not worried". I have been in the program for about 4 years now, and each time they renew the TOS, I read it through. Please don't skip over those situations which handle money :)
