Your config is not at all optimize. 9500 GT is a history card. Don't even try to purchase it.
Here goes your modified config:

Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8 GHz @ 4.7k
Mobo: Biostar TA785G A3 @ 3.7k
Ram: Kingston 2 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 2.5k
HDD: Seagate 500 GB SATA with 32 MB Cache @ 2k
Display: BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 7.5k
PSU: Gigabyte 80 Plus Active PFC 460W @ 2.2k
Keyboard & Mouse: At your Choice @ 0.6k
Optical Drive: LG SATA 22X @ 1.1k
Gfx Card: Sapphire HD5750 1GB GDDR5 @ 8.2k

This is the best config for gaming, multitasking all the other kind of stuff.
Add another 2 GB ram stick later.

better get the HD5770 from Biostar through Media Home. just 500 bucks more. also for PSU, FSP Saga II 500W looks descent. this PSU will suffice but more wattage. better.

change the bold marked items:

1. don't go for Phenom II X4's slowest proccy.
2. the above board is DDR2 i think. better get the Biostar TA785G3 HD.
3. get a good UPs if you going for graphics card later. say APC 650VA or minimum 550VA.

Yes you can OC with Biostar mobo, and having a good ventilated cabinet ensure the system stability. So dont compromise on Cabinet if you're a serious OC'er.

Hey Cilus... you have been so helpful.. thnx for guiding me..

Well... due to budget constraint I will buy Graphics card next month:oops:
Normally I just play Quake Live game online only...so i guess this config would be good enough for time being then I will add GPU later.

And I surely bug you again for graphics card.....hehhehe

The seasonic has 5 year warranty, 27A on the 12V, which is plenty for your setup IMO. Lets see what others say, sry for last min confusion.

no probs mate...I'm here for advice. I will compare the price, if the diff is nominal then i can will go for Seasonic 500W:smile:

Seasonic 500W @ 4.1k, It was preferred earlier and due to low price FSP Saga was suggested. If the OP wants to go with Seasonic, then his only option left is Seasonic 380W @ 2.9k, which is still costlier than FSP.

Choose FSP, if you have tight budget and regarding quality, its too good. Choose Seasonic if you have extra bucks to spare, still quality is good too.

So IMO FSP is More than enough for his PC and he may add a GFX card later with that.
