when i open nero it says DMA maneger is not enable do u want to enable it

after i press yes after some time it says to restsrt my comp. but after restarting comp and opening nero the message popup again

well just go to Device Manager and then go to IDE Controllers... now uninstall the Primary Chanel and Secondary Channel... Reboot... should restore the DMA....
