Need USB 3.0 PCI Card

Guys I currently have Intel DG965RY Motherboard with Core 2 DUO Processor.
Since my motherboard has USB 2.0 ports only I wanted to upgrade to USB 3.0 for faster transfer.

I think in market we get some USB 2.0 to 3.0 PCI cards which can help me do this?

Can someone please help me confirm if this is true and if so which thing I should go for?

Buy the Transcend one as it's the cheapest and also from a good brand.

Trying to check if I can get this in local stores. One of my friends was suggesting to better buy from shop directly.

Meanwhile will check if I have more suggestions coming in.

I'm sure there maybe someone who had purchased this card?
