What if he kicks you out from the LAN before you kick him?

hey try the below software u can contorl most of lan related activities and its a freeware

*www.geocities.com/matterlogic/QuickTools.zip

for ur prob in quicktools go in all network connection and u`ll get a list of all connections to ur pc frm net or lan
just right click on the connection u wish to close suppose ur friend is accessing ur shared file just right click on hi ip add or pc name n he`ll get disconnected
also there are many other options to do this
