Need to upgrade RAM

I have Intel Desktop Board DH67BL and have 8 GB RAM of Gskill F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

I need to add additional 4GB RAM (single stick). Can you guys recommend good RAM for above motherboard ?

from manufactures site it is showing that it can be extended upto 8 gb (with 2 Gb memory technology)
but i have only 2 slot.

i already have 2gb ram inside with 32bit system
help out guyzzzz....???

Don't hijack thread btw Unless you opt for a 64 bit OS anything above 3 GB is useless.
