[Want to Buy] Need to buy a BSA Mach 19 or Similar Bicycle

Hi I recently got a BSA Mach 19 from a friend, but sadly it was stolen, now I need to buy him a similar bicylce and preferably the same one. The condition of the bicycle does not matter at all. The worse it is the better for me, I can't afford to pay more than 1000 to 1500 for it. But price is secondary, the bicycle is first.
So if anyone is willing to sell a bicycle which has SPECIFICALLY THIN TYRES I am interested. The bike should be similar to the photos below:
