Need Server Config in 40k

Hi guys ... i need a server config for a friend. I think servers require spcl components then desktops, am I right? I dnt knw the usage pattern of the system till now so i need an all round config.

27 views and no reply ........? will this thread also become dead without my query being answered like some of my other threads ? its nt that i am new here or a spammer ... more thn 300 posts means i visit this forum regularly and still my queries used to go un noticed. Have I done anything wrong ?
