Other thing about Headphone.
I want to buy a Headphone bcoz this components rig aint gonna be upgraded/changed/added for 3 years or until they break.

How much do you plan to spend on a headphone?

I somewhat understand the need for a headphone, since I have been using mostly headphones since my college days due to neighbors complaining about full volume Metallica at 1 AM

But my humble opinion is that if you are going for an expensive headphone, then that extra money would be better utilized in one of the core components (CPU/GPU/Mobo). Since you do not seem to be inclined to upgrade your rig for coming 3 years or so, I believe you would get more money's worth if you can get the best core components affordable within your budget now. That would give your rig more longevity.

If you already have a pair of speakers, then maybe you could use them for a couple of months, save some money and then buy your headphones.

Hell, I use a relatively cheap Seinheisser @ Rs 1200-ish, and while it's far from one of Seinheisser's best product, I have had no complains so far.

Just my 2 cents.

4). I guess your are in india, then you forget to include a UPS, which will help you & your PC to keep your components safe from immediate shutdown during power cuts.

I did mention in my 1st post that I have an UPS.

My budget for headphone+soundcard is 5K. Initially I was planning Roccat Kave (spending some cash extra that is), but it seems available nowhere. Carcharias is next best option. I think you're trying to suggest me HD 201 which is a more of music headphone than a gaming one. My budget is 5K, Rs. 500+/-. SO if you can suggest me anything better then it's okay. I'm a audiophile so a decent headset for gaming+music is a necessity.
